Terms of Service

what you receive.  _{You will be sent the full sized artwork by either e-mail, Discord, or whichever platform you prefer (that doesn't degrade image quality). Feel free to ask how progress on your commission is going at any moment.}
revisions.  _{Changes to the sketch may be done free of charge, however once the rough sketch is approved for the final piece any further major changes will be charged for. (Please refer to each commission type listing on Ko-Fi for prices.)}
refunds.  _{You will be able to request a refund before I start working on the final piece. After this, you may not request a refund. However, if I as the artist and provider of this service cancel the commission at any moment, you will be issued a full refund.}
client rights.  _{You can use the art you commission from me as you'd like, as long as it isn't for commercial use. Commercial use includes merch, vtubers and pngtubers (this is not a comprehensive list). Please discuss with me beforehand if you're interested in using your artwork for commercial purposes. You may also not repost the art without credit.
I will also never agree for my art to be used for AI, NFTs or related technologies.}
